Fastshifter Pedestal Extension 100mm

The Fastshifter Pedestal Extension 100 mm adds height to a Fastshifter pedestal when the required build-up is greater than the pedestal’s own range. It threads between the base and the body of the pedestal, keeping the same load path and the same fine height adjustment at the top.

Extensions are the usual solution on roof terraces with deep falls, over thick insulation build-ups, and on sloping sites where one edge of the terrace stands well above the base.

Where it is used

• Roof terraces with steep falls or deep insulation.
• Sloping gardens where one side of the deck is well above grade.

• Retrofits where the required height was found to be greater than planned.

Pedestals are used on a solid base — paving, concrete, balconies, roofs, compacted crushed stone, gravel or soil. Check the total height against the pedestal’s rated load before building up; for very tall build-ups, move to a larger pedestal model instead of stacking many extensions.
